This is a copy of the report, "Drugs, Law Enforcement and Foreign Policy," a 1988 report by the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics and International Operations of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. The Subcommittee was chaired by then U.S. Senator John Kerry.
The report documented significant "Contra drug links," and concluded that "senior U.S. policy makers were not immune to the idea that drug money was a perfect solution to the Contras' funding problems."
